Selected by hand
Characterised by their unmistakable golden colour, chanterelles are highly sought after wild mushrooms whose most distinctive peculiarity is their sweet and aromatic fragrance. Our frozen chanterelles, which are strictly hand-picked in the woods, are available either natural or after undergoing a scalding process at 90 °C for a few seconds (blanching), which improves the quality of the frozen product.

OR: boil the chanterelles in water for 5 minutes, compress them to eliminate the remaining water, and then use them as if they were fresh, as a condiment or a side dish. To be consumed after cooking.
